Zoom factor is greater than 10%. If it is modified to value less than 10% and
confirmed (Enter), then it's automatically changed to 10%. But if it is already
10% and we are modifying zoom factor to value less than 10%, then after
confirmation nothing is changed. Zoom factor should be set then to 10%.
