This is a regression from KPDF, which had the page selection widget (group) in
the left (narrow) view. Now Okular has it in the right (wide) view.
In my case it takes takes 1495×30 = 44850 pixel instead of 240×30 = 7200 pixel.
So it wastes 37650 pixel of my display (it is now simply gray).
Of course, this regression could be fixed in some other way than putting it
back where it was in KPDF. Someone already suggested to make each part
available as toolbar item (and said that the previous/next are already there).
