I like that Okular allows you to make annotations and whatnot on PDF documents
with the Tools->Reviews menu, and I realize that it isn't really possible to
send these to other machines in PDF format since they aren't part of the PDF
format (I see that I can export as a .okular file which _does_ have them, and
that's excellent) but there is no reason that I shouldn't be able to print them
from the machine they were made on. I would like to see an option to print a
document with any reviews that were made on the document.
