If I try to print this PDF
(http://www.kdab.com/images/free_downloads/qtcreator.pdf) from okular using the
default settings (shows Landscape in the printer Properties dialog), it doesn't
fit on the page, prints as Portrait. Changing the setting to Portrait in the
printer dialog, prints it correctly, in landscape mode.
