After creating annotations for a document and then closing and restarting
okular, the annotations are still shown in the "Reviews" tab on the left and
okular scrolls to the correct position in the document, but the annotation
itself isn't visible anymore.
Changing opacity, color or type of the annotation via the "Properties" context
menu entry doesn't have any effect.
Annotations created inside the current instance of okular are displayed
correctly (until I close and restart okular again).
