When Okular shows a PDF, there's a bar below the document with page numbers and
navigation. I can't find an option to hide it, and it wastes spaces imo.
Likewise, when showing "page navigation panel", I only want thumbnails, not the
contents/thumbnails/reviews/bookmarks area shown.
