Hi,
Okular does not create the PS file which is sent to the printer, but Poppler
does it.
Please report the problem to the Poppler bug tracking system at
https://bugs.freedesktop.org, "poppler" product; possibly, specifying more
details like an example document showing the issue, memory details of your
printer, etc.
