I have a PDF which gets printed fine when I use "lpr file.pdf" in the shell.
But when printing from Okular 4.3 beta2 the page content has an offset of about
1cm to the right and 2cm downwards.
i tried some printer settings but nothing helped. I also recognized that there
is no printer configuration in the KDE settings anymore in 4.3 beta2.
