Otherwise (when running the app out of kde), we need to make sure we run those, so that ksycoca4 is updated first. Fixes http://bugzilla.novell.com/413492 according to Lubos Lunak and the often-reported problem with starting e.g. okular in gnome. Fix will be in KDE-4.3.
