How to reproduce the bug:
1. open multitif image in okular
2. only the first page is displayed, no info about the other pages
Expected results:
Display all pages in the multitif, with thumbnails, like for a PDF document.
I'll attach a two-page multitif (built by ImageMagick's convert from two
wallpaper images from my KDE install).
