i'm seeing exactly the same behavior on openSUSE 11.1, with KDE sourced from
the KDE 'Factory' repo mix:

.../KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Extra-Apps/openSUSE_11.1/

including, in particular,
kde4-okular-4.2.1-83.1
libqt4-4.5.0-43.1
which, as mentioned above, doesn't look 'fixed' :-/
