Steps to reproduce bug:
1) Download pdf file below. It has forms. Click [Show Forms] to display the
forms.
2) Check any checkbox in the form. I used the box marked 'Checking' in Line 12
3) Click [Hide Forms] Or Print to PDF and open the new printed pdf. The
checkmark is not seen.
4) Open the printout with gs. The checkmark is indeed present. Just not shown.
The form I encountered this error with is the tax form (1040) for this year. I
opened my previous returns and found the same error. Here's a link to the form:
