Okular crashes right away when launched. It does so on all PDF files I've
tried so far.
I'm not familiar with this bug tracking system and I don't know if I can attach
a sample file that causes the error.
Here is a sample error message:
okular(21299) KLocalePrivate::initEncoding: Cannot resolve system encoding,
defaulting to ISO 8859-1.
