I'm somewhat surprised that no one has reported this yet. After having inserted
an inline note, it would be nice to be able to change the size of it.
Most of the time, I can't tell beforehand how much space I'll need. Right now I
would insert the note, see how much space it needs, delete it, and insert it
with a better guess of the right size.
