errors: show error in one place
Currently okular shows error in two places, with two _different_ messages -- in
tooltip near top of the window, and in center in dialog. This is real usability
abuse, please make it consistent and show appropriate info.
For example (I mean, bad example):
* dialog says -- error while opening the file
* tooltip says -- unrar is missing
Please, make it one message for the user.
