Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a longish PDF document (say, 15 pages). I haven't tried with other
document formats.
2. Scroll to somewhere in the middle of the document.
3. View->Orientation->Rotate left
Observed results:
4. Okular usually jumps to another page -- often to the last page in the
document. (If it doesn't, try repeating a few times from step 2 or from step
3.)
Expected results:
4. Okular should remain on the same page.
