I open a PDF document which had the right size for the okular application to be
continuosly switching between showing scroll bars and not showing them. Just
resizing the okular window solved it, so it is a small problem.
Probably, the algorithm to decide when to show scroll bars can be improved a
bit just to avoid the continuous switching.
