Ok, got the document, thanks.
The problem with the hyperlinks has been fixed,
- for trunk (4.2): http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=850145
- for 4.1: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=850146
About the first part of the report (different sizes of pages), this is already
covered by an already reported bug report; thus I'm marking this one as
duplicate of that one.
