It is not possible to fill out the forms in the attached documents. Form fields
appear to be crippeld and in the wrong position. You can see it on the attached
screenshot. Filling out the forms works fine with Adobe Reader. I run the
KDE4-Version of Okular with Kubuntu Gutsy under KDE3.
