I would like to add my support for adding an option to hide this bar. Every
other visual component of Okular can be hidden, except this bottom bar. I have
an EeePC, where the vertical resolution is only 480 pixels. I hide the menu
bar, toolbar, and sidebar to maximize the space for viewing documents, but the
page bar takes a lot of space away (30 pixels is a lot when you only have 480
total!)
Adding an option to hide it would be consistent, as everything else can be
hidden (even the scrollbars, which I can't imagine anyone wanting to do).
Please, putting it into the settings dialog under appearance would be great,
then it wouldn't clutter the menus.
