Bitratex Industries membeli 99,99% saham PT Hanson
Internasional Tbk di PT Primayudha Mandirijaya senilai Rp361,20 juta.
Sekretaris Perusahaan Hanson Rony Agung Suseno dalam keterbukaan
informai ke bursa memaparkan seiring dengan pembelian tersebut,
Bitratex akan melunasi utang Primayudha di PT Bank Mandiri Tbk senilai
Rp215,92 miliar.
Transaksi ini akan dimintakan persetujuan dalam rapat umum pemegang
saham luar biasa� yang akan digelar hari ini. Penyelesaian transaksi
ini direncanakan berlangsung pada 30 September.
Primayudha mendapatkan keringanan berupa potongan pembayaran bunga dan
penghapusan denda dari Bank Mandiri. Sehingga, transaksi ini membuat
neraca keuangan Hanson Internasional berkurang jumlah utangnya.
