(Updates to open) NEW YORK, July 14 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks opened higher on Monday, buoyed by the government's rescue plan for mortgage finance companies Fannie Mae <FNM.N> and Freddie Mac <FRE.N> and optimism about a $52 billion deal to acquire No. 1 U.S. brewer Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc <BUD.N>. The Dow Jones Industrial average <.DJI> rose 130.76 points, or 1.18 percent, to 11,231.30. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> gained 13.54 points, or 1.09 percent, to 1,253.03.
