You are right, DJIA never get lower after December 1974. But it took more than 8 years for DJIA to create new high. (see Chart 1) And about the bottom of bear in October 1974, that was after two consecutive years in downtrend. (see Chart 2) Did he make another public prediction lately, bro? Maybe i miss it.
