haha, kebanyakan saham masih di kategori 1(value) ato 2(growth) ko pak... kadang2 malah ada saham value yg punya genetik growth ato sebaliknya ada saham yg punya genetik growth tapi ditawarin di harga value...
kalo saham kategori3 (monkey), mungkin saham yg udah ga ditopang semua multiplenya lagi, atau kadang multiplenya "sky-high" alias langit.. macem kasus TMPI dan semacamnya... contoh.., Saham dihargain udah di 10 kali revenuenya itu berarti untuk bahkan jika perusahaan bisa manage maksimalin profit margin en cut-out semua biaya di level segini butuh 10 tahun buat balik modal.. that is insane, saham dihargain di 50 kali earning, itu berarti bahkan jika holding periodnya 10 tahun dia harus bisa deliver rata2 pertumbuhan earning hampir 48% per tahun. thats a quite tough job.. mungkin kalo tiap kita beli saham yg "multiple"nya udah edan., tinggal kita tanya ke diri kita rationale kita apa untuk saham ini., why should i buy that at those price??... kira2 gitu.. nah untuk bbrp kasus yg sempat rame di indonesia., kasusnya kebanyakan ya itu.., multiplenya udah "sky-high" yet masih ada aja yg mo nyusun piramida keatasnya.. tinggal nunggu balok piramida dibawahnya ambles aja kalo gitu mah.. --- In obrolan-bandar@yahoogroups.com, "Rei" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hahaha Kang Ocoy nailed it right on the spot! > Bisa kasih contoh dong Kang versi anda saham2-nya sekalian :D > > > --- In obrolan-bandar@yahoogroups.com, "kang_ocoy_maen_saham" > <kang_ocoy_maen_saham@> wrote: > > > > nambahin ; > > > > Buying Baboon or Monkey at $10-$20 when its "Intrinsic-Value" at > $10- > > $20 is called "Value-Investing"... > > > > Buying a special "fast-growing-genetic" Baboon OR Monkey at $35- > $50 > > when its "current-Intrinsic-Value" at $10 - $20 is called "Growth- > > Investing" (Hoping that this special "growing" traits would > delivered > > the increasing "intrinsic price" years to come., though it come > with > > a quite extra risk..) > > > > > > Buying Monkey at $75-$100 when its intrinsic value is only $20., > and > > its growing only on average-moderate level.. hoping that u could > sell > > it later at $150 is called,.. what do u call it eh??..
