Boss, Ciputra is trying very hard with all the foreign analysts' reports to boost his tarnished reputation due to CTRP .. analyst2 semuanya bilang outperform .. dengan hrg setinggi langit .. well, kita lihat aja .. hrg di market yg menetukan kan?
Basically, he's lost a lot of the people's trust in the equity market because of his greed during CTRP IPO .. greed in terms that he wanted to gather all the money, but refused to provide a price support for his CTRP .. And he's paying severely for that mistake .. lihat aja saham2 CIputra CTRA, CTRS, CTRP .. practically kalo hrg naik, org2 berebut jualan, instead of beli. And, the main problem is even until now, he's also not serious about rectifying the situation .. liat aja CTRP .. listing 7 Nov .. til today, belum even reach harga pre-IPO. Kalo saham2 yg setelah IPO drop sich banyak .. problemnya with this share, sahamnya drop DI HARI IPO .. and never to re-surface! Kayak titanic aja .. L So, what does that tell you about this emiten? He's not concerned about whether investors that trust in his company make good money, he's concerned about himself only. Again, I am merely referring to issues about Ciputra in the equity market. Beda dengan Bakrie group .. even though sepak terjangnya can be controversial, tapi in the equity market, his name has become a reliable name. Because why? He's not afraid of letting investors make money. When you hold a Bakrie shares over a period of 6-12 months, chances are you will certainly make good return on your investment. That's why people have built their trust on this group so much so that whenever they put their company on the equity market for IPO, people actually fight to get their hands on it! Another point to prove my arguments for my opinion above, lihat saja track record perusahaan Ciputra CTRS CTRA .. how much gain has he given you, katakanlah even you hold long term 1-2 years? Compare yourself with Bakrie group of shares utk jangka waktu yg sama tersebut .. You will be surprised to see the results. I rest my case. My lesson, jangan percayakan uangmu pada emiten yang takut kasih org cuan .. yg maunya hanya cuan untuk mereka sendiri. Equity market is a very volatile investment .. so, when investing in the equity market, pick what you like & know, but pick smart, stay only with the leagues that make your money and trust worthwhile ..
