Saya mau coba tanyakan apa sih yang dimaksud dengan perbuatan Bandar.
Maklum masih newbie nih.
Misalnya , anggap aja bandarnya AGIS.
Apa sih yang membuat dia dikategorikan 'bersalah'?
Anggep lah mislanya seseorang punya duit 100 miliar dan kapitalisasi
sebuah saham Cuma 150 miliar misalnya.
Dan orang itu bisa trading dong dgn duitnya yang 100 miliar.
Pertanyaannya, trading seperti apa yang bikin bandarnya dinyatakan
'bersalah' sampe harus bayar denda dan bahkan ada yang izin kerjanya
dicabut segala itu?
Batasan2nya ditaruh dimana, gitu?
