(exercised), if the CB's exercised price is far below the market
price., it creates a "selling pressure" for the share holder because
in a sudden time loads of Stocks are being dumped to the market or we
may call it "Sudden Over Supply". the loader is the bondholder who
exercised their stock and sell it in the market and gain an instant
profit by that.
stuffs like simple supply-demand can ignore fundamental for a while,
even if the fundamental' s remain intact if there's over supply in the
market the price would likely be pushed down...
