Oh, you missed the point. That was an illustration, not actual conversation. The point is, stock trading is more like psychological war. Once you get emotional, you lose.
The basic principle of stock trading is actually as simple as this -> buy low, sell high, which transforms into "buy on fear, sell on greed" Fear and greed are human nature, and it is used by big player to control the market. Then people starts to measure fear and greed by using TA indicators, so we can predict how high is too high, and how low is too low. But since TA is an ART, its result can vary widely. Yesterday, there are signs that people are getting weary of stock market. So, be prepared.
