Bakrie
& Brothers: Denied rumour on rights issue plan
* We spoke with Ms Dian Adhitama, Investor Relation from Bakrie and
Brothers, regarding market speculation that the company plans for a rights
issue at Rp65 a share.
* Ms. Adhitama states that at present the company does not have any
plan for rights issue.
* For financing, Bakrie plans to issue CB or exchangeable bonds of
US$200 - 250m early next year.
