ASRI n BKSL harusnya memang OK banget dilihat dari asset value, PBV, dan PER
nya. Harga sahamnya amat sangat murah, tapi property memang masih sangat2
lagging. Mungkin Mbah bisa kasih data comparison harga saham properti dengan
sektor lain pada saat IHSG di 2400-an.
Kalau ASRI siap terbang... hmm.., main -W- nya lebih OK loh.
