JAKARTA: FMR LLC dan Fidelity International hingga 19 Mei mengungkapkan telah memiliki 979,15 juta saham PT Bumi Resources Tbk dengan tujuan investasi. Dalam keterbukaan informasi kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Jumat pekan lalu, FMR, perusahaan AS, dan perusahaan pengelola dana Fidelity yang berkantor di Bermuda, memiliki saham Bumi melalui pembelian di pasar secara bertahap pada 19 Mei. Pembelian saham itu bertujuan untuk investasi dan tidak bertujuan untuk memengaruhi kendali terhadap Bumi. Perusahaan batu bara milik keluarga Bakrie itu mempunyai jumlah modal disetor dan ditempatkan penuh sebesar 19,40 miliar saham.
