We understand from industry sources that Kadin (Indonesian Chamber of commerce
and industry) has approached the government to request for gas price cut. Gas
is currently at US$5.5/mmbtu. We understand the negotiations are in preliminary
stages and we are still reviewing the possibility of the negotiations
materializing into gas price cut. There is possible downside risk to our
earnings if that happens. Economy is facing challenging times with pressure on
companies to lower costs to survive. Elections are approaching next year and
government owns majority stake in PGAS.
