Jakarta (Indofinanz) - Pemegang saham PT Bank Niaga Tbk (BNGA) akan beralih dari Bumiputera Commerce Holdings Berhad (BCHB) kepada Commerce International Merchant Bankers (CIMB).

BCHB dalam laporannya kepada otoritas bursa Malaysia dan siaran persnya menyatakan, pengalihan saham Bank Niaga sebanyak 65,03% dilakukan dalam rangka restrukturisasi internal. Dengan demikian posisi emiten berkode BNGA itu yang sebelumnya sejajar dengan CIMB, kni harus menjadi anak perusahaan CIMB.

Berdasarkan peraturan pasar modal Indonesia, CIMB mau tidak mau harus melakukan penawaran tender (tender offer) terhadap sisa saham publik Bank Niaga.
