ada positive expertise dan negative expertise. Makanya
harus berfikir positif dan juga berfikir negatif.
Karena akan selalu terjadi + atau -, cuma berapa kali
plus dan berapa kali minus...? jawabannya akan selalu
fuzzy. Kecuali bandar akan tahu pasti, lha karena dia
yg punya capital gede, yg repot kalau bandar saling
perang, akan fuzzy lagi jawabannya... :-)
