Fair Value tahun 2005 yg lalu memang betul ada dikisaran 2400-2800. Yg dihitung fund manager bukan fair value yg sekarang tapi fair value kedepan. Kalo lihat yg sekarang bisa terus2an ketinggalan. Contoh PGAS dari tahun 2005 sudah di tarik keatas,padahal pipa belum jadi satupun saat itu. Dan ketika kontrak harga baru naik 40%, sahamnya di tarik 100%.
Utk PTBA, Fair Value ada di kisaran 7000 apabila di tambah 2 double track rel + PLTU Bankarsari + PLTU Banko Tengah, jadi revenues nambah 5x.
Kalo di tambah lagi PLTU ARAHAN UTARA yah lebih dari itu, pastinya tunggu nego kontrak harga, sepertinya nunggu TDL naik !!! Saya berdo'a terus supaya TDL naik...he ..he, biar Fair Value-nya juga naik. Soalnya pasti kontrak utk PLTU baru akan bertambah, karena investor semakin tergoda. Lumayan hedging iuran listrik.
