Sederhana kan....
Kalau tanya WARRANT-nya,.....harga 300 adalah "level aman tingkat 2".
Ada "gembong" yang keluar segitu banyak hari ini aja mampu KAMI
HALAU...walaupun dengan mengorbankan portfolio yang lain.....
Soalnya DIA sendiri memang sudah OENTOENG...cost di 190-245, untuk
ratusan ribu lot.
Keluar di 295-300 Kan sudah sukses....
Tinggal yang beli barangnya di level segitu mampu tidak jual di harga
yg lebih tinggi???
