INKP: A New Hope
Restrukturisasi Selesai dan Efektif
Restrukturisasi utang Asia Pulp & Paper (APP) senilai
US$6.1 miliar telah disetujui Desember 2004 dan
efektif 28 April 2005, yang ditandai dengan pembayaran
cash entitlement (CE) sebesar US$145 juta.
Nilai Ekuitas Meningkat 48.8% Berkat Penghapusan
Accrued Interest
Beban bunga yang belum dibayar antara 1 Januari 2001 -
28 April 2005 akan dihapuskan dan ditambahkan ke
ekuitas.
Penghematan Bunga: US$135 juta per Tahun
Kami perkirakan restrukturisasi ini akan menurunkan
beban bunga sebesar US$2,523.3 juta dan Rp383.1 miliar
untuk 19 tahun ke depan atau secara prorata US$132.8
juta dan Rp20.1 miliar tiap tahun
Valuasi Dan Rekomendasi
INKP diperdagangkan pada P/Adj.BV sebesar 0.35x, deep
discount dari rata-rata perusahaan kertas di Pasifik
sebesar 1.3x.
Risiko operasional INKP masih tinggi sehingga kami
memberikan discount 30% terhadap book value INKP
sebesar Rp3,622/saham. Nilai wajar INKP menurut
valuasi kami adalah Rp2,530. SPECULATIVE BUY
