- COP = 2,96 (angkanya rendah artinya PERUSAHAAN BAGUS)
- CLOP = 8,82 (angka CLOP dan COP beda jauh artinya saat itu
BANYAK HUTANG, DER nya = 2,27)Saat ini 2004 Q4
- Harga saham naik dari 2500 ke 11000 atau NAIK 400% dlm 2 thn.
- COP = 9,08 tahun (alias UDAH MATENG)
- CLOP = 13,7 tahun
- GROWTH = 42% tapi mungkin karena KONSOLIDASI anak perusahaan,
jadi musti dianalisa GROWTH yang REAL nya.
Kesimpulan:
- Belilah saham yang COP dan CLOP nya rendah dan SABAR menanti
panen.
- perbedaan COP dan CLOP yang tinggi menunjukan BANYAK UTANG,
tapi jika COP rendah (laba bagus), kemungkinan STRUKTUR HUTANG di
restrukturisasi oleh kreditor dll BESAR CHANCE nya. Ini panen
SPECIAL.
- Dan jangan lupa faktor GROWTH, hindari perusahaan yang STAGNANT
atau mulai MENURUN.
