The "IPP OAuth Extensions" specification in development (actually going to 
formal vote real soon now) can be found here (under Working Drafts):

IPP and OAuth have coexisted for a while now as part of Microsoft's Universal 
Print solution and CUPS 2.5 and later will be supporting OAuth as a replacement 
for Kerberos...
