For I-D requests in Structured Syntax Suffixes, we copy the WG as we normally do with all other I-D expert reviews. As for the media-ty...@ietf.org mailing list review, we would assume that it would've been completed separately prior/concurrently, based on the procedure in RFC 6838 Section 6, and we normally wouldn't copy that list on these expert review requests.
