The weird %x notation in the third element has nothing to do with JSON, which makes it difficult for me to understand the rest of what you are trying to say. (Of course JSON can carry this and any other UTF-8 text string, but you are using this in a context where is seems an alternative notation for the text string literal might be "Möbius", which has no relation to the above.)
