Hi WG!

The additional context is that after the disappointing cancelation of the OAuth
side meetings at IETF 116, the Rifaat, Hannes and I have been working on trying
to find ways to maximize the in-person meeting time. The first, but ultimately
unsuccessful approach explored was the definition of an IETF meeting experiment
to add evening sessions to IETF 117 to accommodate WG that would take “any and
all time that could be allocated.” Unfortunately, the IETF LLC determined that
this was not feasible given the constraints of this meeting. The best we could
do was get for IETF 117 was a third meeting slot. I appreciate that we were
unable to resolve some of those conflicts.

If we have time on agenda sometime this week, I’d like to better understand if
three meeting slots is enough. Otherwise, I’ll revise the experiment which
expands the meeting day time at IETF 119 with the IESG.

Regards,
Roman

Subject: [OAUTH-WG] OAuth WG Sessions @ IETF117

All,

There seems to be some confusion about the number of OAuth WG sessions.

We have THREE sessions this week.
The session that was initially scheduled on Thursday is now cancelled, and
instead we have a new session on Tuesday.

In summary, we have sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, all starting at
9:30am.

Regards,
 Rifaat & Hannes
