Reading the storedSource property or the excerpt rules straight from the live definition let a property edit change the query before the served mapping changed, and made the next indexing cycle resubmit the definition, which leaves the index unqueryable while mongot rebuilds it. A reindex now publishes :storedSource and :fullTextStored with the new collection seed. Queries and ordinary indexing cycles use the published values; only the replacement generation is built from the current definition. _notNullProperties is no longer stored, since nothing reads it after $search.
