Late this afternoon I found a black-headed gull on the docks of Westerly Marina seen from parking lot of The Boathouse Restaurant. A lot of ring bills were coming in as it was getting dark so perhaps roosting there for the night. See ebird report (Harbor Square) for lousy pic.
