Central Park, Manhattan, N.Y. City - Friday, October 18th - At least 16 species of migratory American warblers were found in Central Park on Friday by independent observers and by those walking with or affiliated with not-for-profit organizations on guided bird walks, throughout all of the park and by many many birders and photographers out at all hours of the day. This was a slight reduction as more and more of our neotropical-wintering species depart. ... More on one warbler report from Oct. 13, which remained unconfirmed in eBird and which was reported to this list-serve, in the future.
