Hi All, Popped in quickly to see if we could re-find the hempstead lake painted bunting around 4pm today and we were able to see and photograph it. Not far past where the parking lot ends, whereas we usually have seen it a bit further along the path other times. Not sure if anyone has seen or got the word out lately or if sightings have gone a bit cold on this bird, but can confirm it is still there!! Kind Regards- Kev --
