Tuesday, 21 August, 2018 Central Park, Manhattan, N.Y. City A Golden-winged Warbler was among the migrants found in the park’s Ramble area today; the latter esp. in the vicinity of the small stream there known as the Gill, & just to the north of that; more than a dozen other American warbler species were also being seen this day in Central Park including Worm-eating. The Golden-winged may be the same individual as found in the same general area a few days ago, still present in the Ramble.
Also turning up now are more flyctachers, including some in the genus Empidonax, & as expected the flight of southbound Eastern Kingbirds continue at a good pace.
