Took a quick drive to Smith Point CP on my lunch hour today, from 1-1:30PM. At least three Lesser-Black Backed Gulls on the beach. Nothing much on the ocean except an Osprey fighting its way back to shore. About 100 Sanderling on the beach in front of the observation tower. Impressive surf.
