Highlights: Two VERY EARLY Bay-breasted Warblers in Shakespeare Garden - a 
record early date for Central Park, but not for NYC. Also Yellow Warbler, 
Black-and-white Warbler, and American Redstart. 

Canada Goose - 12 (10 Reservoir, 2 Turtle Pond)
Wood Duck - male Turtle Pond
Mallard - 18 Reservoir, around 20 Turtle Pond
Mourning Dove
Spotted Sandpiper - hatch-year Reservoir (Mayra Cruz)
Ring-billed Gull - 9 Reservoir
Herring Gull - 22 Reservoir & flyovers
Great Black-backed Gull - 5 Reservoir
Double-crested Cormorant - at lest 24 (23 Reservoir, 1 Turtle Pond, & flyovers)
Great Egret - flyover
Turkey Vulture - adult 8:37am (seen over Oak Bridge by Mayra Cruz & Deb, over 
the feeders by Jeffrey M. Ward) 
Red-tailed Hawk - 2 perched (hatch-year Tupelo Field (Will Schenck) & 
one-year-old at Summer House Meadow)
Red-bellied Woodpecker - male Summer House
Downy Woodpecker - 3 (juvenile Azalea Pond, male Iphigene's Walk, Warbler Rock)
Northern Flicker - 4 together Maintenance Field
Great Crested Flycatcher - at least one (heard south of Azalea Pond, seen 
Tupelo Field)
Eastern Kingbird - 4 (3 Turtle Pond, 1 Reservoir, others heard)
Warbling Vireo - 4 (Tupelo Field (Linda Yuen), Iphigene's Walk, Humming 
Tombstone, Bow Bridge Island)
Blue Jay - 2 mobbing Red-tailed Hawk at Tupelo Field
Barn Swallow - 3 Reservoir, flyovers Ramble
American Robin - many
Northern Mockingbird - 2 Reservoir 
Gray Catbird - many
Cedar Waxwing - small flocks in several locations
House Finch - Shakespeare Garden & Bow Bridge Island
Song Sparrow - 4 (1 Bow Bridge (Signe Hammer), 3 heard at Reservoir)
White-throated Sparrow - (early Bob)
Baltimore Oriole - 2 Bow Bridge Island
Red-winged Blackbird - small flyover flock southbound
Common Grackle
Black-and-white Warbler - adult female between Laupot Bridge & Summer House

Bay-breasted Warbler - 2 VERY EARLY adults molting into basic plumage
