Phil Uruburu and I were birding on the Cupsogue flats today. He called
my attention to a bird which we studied and I photographed [ poorly]
It is a basic plumaged bird which we believe to have narrowed down to
either Curlew Sandpiper or Dunlin.
I have posted photos to my flicker account for anyone who wishes to view
them and weigh in on the ID.

Probability leans towards Dunlin. However this time period is when other
sightings of CUSA have occurred here in the past FWIW
Helpful commentary welcomed.
